彭丽成,女,1985年10月出生,中共党员,博士、副教授、博士生导师,永利集团资源利用与植物保护(环境资源与利用)专硕点负责人,永利集团海陆界面过程和资源化利用创新培育团队负责人。荣获海南省南海Chuangxin人才、海南省Lingjun人才、海南省其他类高层次人才、永利集团D类高层次人才(高聘教授)等称号。
主要从事近海区域新兴污染物的环境行为、海陆界面过程、生态毒理效应、微藻资源利用、水产养殖尾水处理等领域研究。兼任SCI期刊Frontiers in Marine Science(IF=3.7,中科院小类1区)2024海洋碳汇和管理专刊客座编辑、SCI期刊Sustainability(IF=3.251, JCR-Q2)2022微塑料专刊及期刊Frontiers in Soil Science 2022土壤重金属污染专刊客座编辑。同时担任10余家国内外期刊审稿人,如《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》、《Marine Pollution Bulletin》、《农业环境科学学报》、《海洋环境科学》等。
科研上,先后承担国家级及省部级等各类项目10余项。目前,以第一作者或通讯作者身份在国内外学术期刊发表论文及英文专著章节近50篇,其中SCI论文36篇(含中科院一/二区TOP 期刊SCI论文近30篇,如Journal of Hazardous Materials, Journal of Cleaner Production, Chemical Engineering Journal, Bioresource Technology,Science of the Total Environment,含4篇ESI全球前1%高被引论文,其中3篇同步多次入选ESI全球前0.1%热点论文)。
教学上,先后主持海南省教育厅及永利集团教学教改项目(重点项目)各1项(已顺利结题)、主持1项永利集团自编教材资助项目;主编本科教材1本,以副主编身份参与编写普通高等教育“十四五”规划教材1本,参与永利集团入选首批国家级一流本科课程线下一流课程《环境经济学》的建设。
先后荣获第一届Eco-Environment & Health 国际前沿学术会议“优秀青年学者报告”、海南省高等学校首届生态环境类专业青年教师教学技能竞赛二等奖、海南省优秀硕士论文指导老师、第十一届“挑战杯”海南省老员工课外学术科技作品竞赛二等奖指导教师、海南省高等学校首届/第二届环境与生态领域相关专业2024届优秀本科毕业论文(设计)指导老师、永利集团优秀博士论文指导教师(1人次)、永利集团优秀硕士论文指导教师(3人次)、永利集团首届优秀研究生导师等荣誉。
已培养博士后1名(现就职于Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy (ATB), Germany)、博士2名(分别就职于中国热带农业科学院和云南农业大学),硕士7名(分别前往浙江大学、南开大学、厦门大学、中科院水生所、永利集团等攻读博士学位);现有在站博士后1名,博士生3人(含1名国际职工、1名联合培养生),硕士研究生6人(含联合培养生1名)。指导的研究生获国家奖学金4人次,海南省优秀硕士毕业论文1人次,永利集团优秀博士毕业论文1人次,永利集团优秀硕士毕业论文3人次,永利集团优秀硕士毕业生7人次、获海南省研究生创新科研课题资助5人次。
